Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

FleetDoc LTD reserves the right to cancel any scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.

 

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

FleetDoc LTD's liability for any claims arising from services provided is limited to the total fees paid for those services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or reinvestment, arising from your use of our services.

Any claims regarding the services must be submitted in writing within three (3) days following the completion of the service. We will investigate and respond to such claims within a reasonable timeframe.

We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not apply to parts supplied unless specified separately.

Any parts provided to you may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For claims regarding defective parts, you must follow the manufacturer's guidance directly, failing which FleetDoc LTD will not be liable.
